I have been loving all of the pretty romantic, feminine pieces at Express. They have lots of girly tops that you can easily dress up or down and transition into fall. This peplum top is so chic and flowy with such pretty detail. I paired it with shorts but also can’t wait to dress it up with some denim and heels for date night.
